Material/Equipment

Tamarind pasteมะขามเปียก
Fresh milk นมสด
Honey น้ำผึ้ง
Turmeric  ขมิ้น
Bolw    ชาม
Stir wood ไม้พาย/คน
Sieve ตะแกรง
กระปุก Tin can
Spoon ช้อน

Mixed

Tamarind 1 Kg.
Fresh milk 1 glass
Honey half of glass
Turmeric 1 bolw
Water 1 litter

Procedures

1 Put tamarind and water 2 hours if stick separate piece

2 Use a sieve sort out seed of tamarind

3 Put tamarind on hot pot and stir

4 Put fresh milk 1 glass honey half of glass and turmeric 1 bolw and stir for 2 hours

5 Put a scrup cream in to a tin can

How to use a tamarind scrub

1 tamarind cream 1 spoon water 3 spoon  mixed and stir for 5 minute

2 you have to take a shower

3 Rub the body dry

4 5-10 minute scrub and hold

5 you may use whitening lotion for protect skin dry
